Paleo Falafel

These falafel balls are not like the traditional falafel you may find in greek restaurants. Traditional middle eastern falafel is made with chickpeas and fava beans. These falafel balls are more on the nutty side and still very tasty. We also made a tahini dressing to go with it. If you haven’t had or made tahini dressing before then go do it now! its so good!
