Chai pudding is an easy breakfast that you can change and adapt to how you prefer. Since its october and its all about pumpkin we decided to make pumpkin chia pudding. We always make chia pudding the night before and leave it in the fridge as the chia seeds need time to soak up the liquid.
1/4 cup chia seeds
1serving of vanilla vega
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup cold chai tea
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tblsp maple syrup
In a large bowl stir together all the ingredients. Put in the fridge over night serve with sliced apple and crushed pecans.
