Vegan stuffing

The savoury dish we made for the thanksgiving potluck was stuffing! It turned out really great. It was different to the stuffing you buy in the shops. We don’t like mushrooms or celery but we put both those vegetables in this dish and really enjoyed it. Its a pretty simple dish to make.


3 apples

2 celery stick

10 small mushrooms

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cup sage

1/2 cup basil

1 cup vegetable stock


Cut all the veg into small pieces and sautee in a pan in medium heat. Then put into the baking dish and add the toasted bread (cut into small squares) and pour one cup of veg stock over then cover the dish in foil and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
