Thinking about snacks! a super simple snack to make at home are date balls!
1 cup of dates
1 cup of almonds/cashews
10 cherries chopped up
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons coco powder
2/3 cup unsweetened shaved coconut
1/4 cup hemp hearts
Simply place all the ingredients except the coconut in the food processor and blend. Then roll into balls about one inch in size and roll those balls in the unsweetened shaved coconut.
These balls are great for an on the go snack and will give you energy! We like to keep ours in the freezer so they are more solid, they warm up easily. You can also put any other ingredients in that you like e.g ginger, apple, chocolate chips, orange, seeds, oats etc
