Trying to find treats to have that do not contain ANY sugar whatsoever along with being vegan is almost impossible. There is no where in the city it seems so we decided to make our own treats. These coconut and almond balls are vegan, gluten free and anti candida friendly are super simple and quick and easy to make.
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
4 tbsp canned coconut milk
4 tbsp coconut oil
1 (or2) packs of stevia
1/2 cup of gluten free oats
Super simple, place everything in a food processor and process, we added in the oats last and you can add more if you feel you need to.
Then pour a handful of coconut flakes onto a plate and form the mix into balls to roll in the coconut flakes.
These coconut almond balls hit the spot, they will provide you with energy and keep you going through those week moments when you want to eat something unhealthy!
